The automotive industry uses a wide range of hazardous substances when testing and assembling cars on its lines and laboratories – both from the point of view of explosiveness (diesel and gasoline fumes) and from the point of view of toxicity (exhaust gases from internal combustion engines) as well as dangerous substances (carcinogenic HFO and the like).
Our gasoline and diesel vapor detection detectors under conveyor belts or on pump stands ensure safe production and are IECEX certified explosion prevention. In the research centers, they provide prevention against toxic substances (carbon monoxide) from combustion processes or CNG/LPG leakage from engines.
Our fixed gas detectors can be connected directly to alarm systems to ensure continuous monitoring of the detected area. We have also connected our gas monitoring systems to audiovisual pre-alarm indicators, including sirens/beacons. All our equipment is IECEX certified.
Our fixed and portable gas sensors are accurate to 0.1 % of the LEL / VOL scale, so you can be sure of reliability and timely indication of the gas presence reaching alarm limits. At which point you can relay the alarm condition via sounder / beacon, your internal system or most other audio / visual warning equipment.
